was searching for a place to take an online exam. I searched nearby and contacted Hillsborough County to identify a library that provides a quiet room for taking examinations.

They informed me about C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library. I went there an hour before my exam and explained my situation to the librarian. The librarian was understanding and provided me with a quiet room for taking the exam.

The library has an amazing collection of books, and one can also purchase a membership to rent books. The library is clean and professionally maintained.

I truly appreciate the management of the library for maintaining a professional atmosphere and providing a conducive environment for taking online exams.

Libraries are the best place for Community and families and children's learning. I saw a dad with his two children loaded with books...books are better than movies because you are the one to visualize the story you read.

In my opinion this is small but great library. It is fairly new so it has nice amenities for today's technical society. It is fairly quite but it does get noisy from time to time. I use to go to the main branch downtown but this is now my goto location. I have never interacted with the staff but they appear to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Usually quiet! Have a lady next to me extremely noisy! I almost tripped on her electrical cord plugged across from her! Because the staff walked around routinely, I did not have to get up to complain . If he nuisance continues, the noise, I will get up and report her! I commute from Land O lakes here on Saturdays, the kids ages 16 & 11 loves it…

Nice library but I have never been to one that is so noisy!! If you are trying to read or study go somewhere else. Kids running around, people talking on there phones. Could not concentrate at all. And the librarian says nothing. I did like the big oak tree out the window.

I went to make copies of my bank statements which were in my phone. I had No Clue how to get this task done. But it was gonna mean the difference between getting into an apartment or not.
I met the most Amazing young woman at the desk. "Davondra" Hoping that she would give me some advice on how to accomplish this task. I want to say that she is beyond caring. Davondra took on the assignment completed the entire job for me, while teaching me little bits about it as she went. I have not received any customer service from anyone else ever, that would compare to the assistance that I received here at the C Blythe Andrew's Library. This Library is a very useful resource for the entire neighborhood that it serves. There are several schools in this area. I observed children coming in from the schools, some came to the story hour, others to use computers, while still others were reading and checking out books. Each child that came by the desk was treated like family. There appear to be plenty of compu. Being utilized by many people in the area. A nice selection of books. An absolutely Beautiful Library that is a great asset to the community. However, the most important part of this Library are the people who work there. Everyone I came into contact with, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great visit by all.
