I wouldn’t buy from them anymore. I use to spend a lot of money here and now everything has went to junk. They say sold as is but when you buy something from them with only one thing on the pallet and nothing says it’s broke and you buy it for a gift and get it home to see that it’s just trash gets really frustrating. I’ve messaged them for a week now and nothing to resolve it. They wanna give you store credit for less. At this point I don’t want a store credit I want my money back because now I have to pay to either get it fixed or buy it somewhere else. Store credit isn’t going to fix this.

I have purchased 13 pallets through this company and my experience thus far has been great. My last pallets included one where the description didn’t exactly match what was on the pallet. I brought it to their attention and it was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. These are good people, who stand by what they do.

The warehouse staff is friendly and always ready to help you find your items. The warehouse is safe, clean and representative of the organization and effort that goes into their work.

If you’re considering giving auctions a try, I highly recommend them. Unless you’re bidding against me. 🤣

Great experience! Needed to sell a 2001 truck that had seen better days. The highest bid of multiple dealers for trade in was $1,500. Truck sold for $2,975 at auction. First time selling a vehicle at auction and it panned out well for me. Very professional and very organized.

Have been a customer of Erkelens and Olsens for years and I really couldn't give them enough praise. The ENTIRE staff is knowledgable and helpful.
I am a collector at heart and love a lot of their Fine Art auctions as well as their weekly pallet auctions. You truly never know what you will find. I once purchased a pallet of books for $50.00, however, underneath the books was everything from high end Air Jordan's to Gucci. I have purchased industrial and automotive, jewlery, housewares, to precious metals and they have always been great to work with and very fair. They are a family run business and one of the rare instances where they make you feel like part of the family.
Looking forward to seeing what else is to come.

I have bought many listings but a few give me concerns. Do you guys take out the expensive autographed//ultra rare sports cards and sell them to local shops? One card shop said he has bought some rare cards after appraising the cards for you guys. That doesn't seems fair or right. Otherwise, I do like this place over all the other auction houses in Utah.
