I part exchanged & purchased a vehicle from David in July 2023 & was absolutely delighted with it. All the transfer, purchase documents were completed by David efficiently & without any problems.
In December 2023 the car developed a fault. I took it to my usual mechanic & he advised it was potentially an engine fault that could be serious (expensive). He advised me to return to where the car was purchased.
I contacted David & explained the symptoms of the fault, he immediately told me to return the car to him for investigation. David took the car to his mechanics, where they stripped the engine & repaired the fault. At all times David kept me informed of the progress of work, he couldn’t have been more apologetic.
I have since got the car back & it seems to be even better than when I initially brought it. All of the repair work was done totally at David’s cost without discussion or argument.
I would 100% recommend David to anybody looking to purchase a second hand car. He is totally professional, honest, trustworthy & keeps his word.
