I love how fast the service was, however the meals I ordered the chicken was dry, the rice was a little over cooked. The macaroni salad was really good. I ordered the seafood BBQ and the fish was okay at first, but the second bite into it, it was extremely sour. Not even a few hours later, I got really sick.
Fish is like a fine art, you have to know what your doing or no one will like it. Over all for over 70$ we spent it wasn't worth it.

This place used to be great….. two years ago. Came back to give it a shot and unfortunately I was so overwhelmed by the smell of Clorox throughout the restaurant I decided to get my food to go only to discover the food was over cooked in the rice was so dry it felt like it was going to crack my tooth. (they also forgot my utensils)

I wish I could say that the staff was at least courteous and helpful. I was given attitude just for asking for some sauce.

I feel sorry for the owner. Your employees make or break the business

By the way, I haven’t done a review in years and that should tell you enough to know that you should be warned.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My food was absolutely disgusting which never happens from an L&L, but I still wouldn't have given them a bad review if they had even cared or helped me AT ALL! I believed it was just an honest mistake they made by them, but they then told me I was dead wrong and they wouldn't fix anything or even leave a note for the manager with my contact info.

Big fan of L&L but this specific L&L isn't it. If the drive isn't to far, the one off Mae Ann is miles better. The rice was super undercooked while the chicken was over cooked. All I could taste on the chicken was soy sauce, didn't have the familiar BBQ chicken taste that I'm used too. The service was good but the food isn't worth the $40 for two plates and a spam musubi. Definitely won't be going back.

It was first time coming here. knowing that I just moved from Las Vegas to Reno they are quite different not similar just different . I liked the part that they have patio area in front of it. A little pricey for the food but that is my take. Same flavor.

First time for Hawaiian BBQ. I was very impressed. Everything tasted delicious. We got the Chicken Katsu and the BBQ Short Ribs.
