All positive. From the first call to the agent, to the delivery, I was very happy with everyone I worked with and the quality of the shipping container. (40' standard)

The agent was very informative and explained the process, along with what could be done and how. Mostly done through email and text, which I prefer.

Working with the company to pay was very easy. I did use a landline phone to call in my credit card, not trusting website security. Invoices were prompt and correct.

We arranged a date and time with dispatch for delivery. The driver then contacted me for specific instructions to the drop-off point.

Very professional. Less than an hour from arrival to departure. A 1 ton pickup and trailer brought the container and positioned it, then slid it off.

Container was better than I had expected. It was a 2000 model but was exceptionally clean and had few dents and no holes.

All in all I would recommend Mini Casa to anyone wishing to buy a shipping container.

After the company calling to ask if 24 hours was enough advance notice of delivery, we got a call about a cancellation and they could get our containers delivered within 4-5 hours, which we said would work. Then after 5 hours, I called to see where my delivery was, only I didn't get a call back from dispatch with ant 8 information so I called another hour later only to be told that dispatch didn't even check on my order. They did call back within 5 minutes to tell me that they were just being loaded and would be 2-3 hours before delivery. Meanwhile, I had 2 people here waiting to get then unloaded so I could avoid the possibility of getting an extra charge for the time limit alloted to get unloaded. Then the driver called an hour later, leaving a message that he just got loaded and was giving me a "heads up" that he wouldn't make it today and would be here the next morning. At this point I was furious with the companies communication skills or lack thereof. So I called to speak to a manager and after she spoke to the driver she stated he was indeed loaded, would be here between 8-10 am the next day, would personally call me herself to let me know he was on his way, plus I requested to get a call 30-60 minutes before delivery to assure we could get him unloaded upon arrival and I was very upset and asked for compensation. She said she would get me a refund for $200. The next morning, I had to call at 10, asking where my driver was...he was 3 miles away. Where was my call from the manager, or the notice I requested and where was my refund The containers arrived and the driver was helpful and courteous. However, the office had no answers for me about my disappointment or my refund after 2 calls later in the week. By the third call about my refund, I was told they only process refunds on Mondays, how interesting that they will take payments for product 7 days a week, but will only satisfy customers once per week?

First off the actual container is very nice, thank you.
The issue is with the delivery that actually did not take place as it was scheduled. The guy called and said the truck had a problem and would be fixed shortly, then he was was waiting for another truck to swap it out. Supposedly the second truck also had an issue.
Seemed odd but went with it. Then they wanted to deliver the next day, had no choice but to go with it since we took time off for this.
Finally, on the second day, made it around 7:30pm, after waiting all day once again. We had to contact him in the early afternoon to see if he was even going to come since he never called.
Next the driver said he could not put it in the spot we wanted, a flat grassed area, perpendicular to the driveway. We had to go with a place by the house, which was the least desired spot, but he seemed like the delivery was something he had no interest in trying/doing.. We originally gave the information to the transport company that it was a gravel drive then would just be placed onto side of it in the grassed area. It was flat and dry, no issue we were ever made aware of in that telephone conversation. The driver seemed like the process is out of his league and did not even try, just seemed like he wanted to get it over with.
Now we are stuck with a 40 foot container dropped in front of, closely, to the house blocking our view.
We are not at all pleased with the delivery process and feel we should of been made aware of the delivery restrictions prior to finalization. It was a very straight in and out with lots of area to get in and out. The driver seemed unwilling to work with us at all, just wanted it over with.
At this time we now have a container plopped in front of our home blocking the view when we had a nice spot or two set for the placement.
Unfortunately we will now need to hire a professional to move it to a more desired area. A large added expense on top of what we have already incurred.
We also called our sales rep, Jina, and requested a call back/information while waiting on the delivery drop for updates. Needless to say no call returned.
The delivery process is flawed in our opinion and needs some work.
We bought in good faith, paid immediately and were very disappointed with the end point of delivery. The staff was extremely friendly but unfortunately the delivery left much to be desired, leaving us with further work and expenses.

Thank you for allowing us to discuss our disappointment with your Customer Service department. It was nice to hear you stand behind customer purchases begin to end (delivery). We are in the process of working with you to have the container moved to the desired location or alternate area.

Update: The unit was moved this weekend into the desired location with
courteous and confident drivers. Thank you for handling the situation in an outstanding manner. Thumbs up to all. We love the unit and will recommend it.

Let me just say, I have read a few poor reviews of the company and the delivery process. My experience was nothing but 5 star! From the time I talked to Alex to order my 2 boxes, to talking to Craig about my modifications, talking to David to coordinate the delivery of my 2 boxes. Everyone of them were patient with my many questions, very professional and courteous. My 2 boxes were delivered as planned and were in the condition that I expected for what I paid for. I would highly recommend them. If I need more boxes I will definitely call them. Thank you myminicasa and the whole team for my wonderful experience.

The delivery was not well coordinated. I sent pics to the sales person of the delivery area. I asked if the delivery driver would be able to get in my driveway and drop. They told me no problem. Diver ended up stuck in my yard and looking to me to get him unstuck. I had to make a few suggestions due to the company dispatcher unsure about what to do. Delivery driver was great considering the situation. Sales and dispatch need to work on their game.

Dishonest. Terms and conditions are as presented prior to purchase. The company can electronically alter any attachment sent to you retroactively. If the shipping container is NOT in good condition when delivered, refusal to accept the product can result in you paying full shipping costs. Note as is! Also, buyer be ware. The company informed me today that even if you immediately cancel the order when you finally do get a receipt that besides holding out a cancellation fee, they will not refund your card. All refunds are done by check. This allows them to use your monies interest free until this lengthy refund process occurred. They also do not want to honor written correspondence- they accept verbal phone calls only for cancellation processing. I have documented practices that indicate this company may have red flags and will be submitting them to the attorney generals office for follow up.

I Purchased a Storage Container from My Mini Casa and it was a great experience. The container condition was as described. They delivered it to our cabin in a remote area. The driver was AMAZING! it was very difficult to get up the last 200 yards to our property but he was amazing and was able to get it very close to the location we wanted. I would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with my purchase of a 40ft HC container. The agent I dealt with (Chrisy) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. It was delivered 2 days early which was fine with me. The driver contacted me a day before the delivery and we set up a time. Donavan was right on time with his delivery. I must say he placed it perfectly on the limestone pad l had installed. I had stakes in the ground for positioning. When he placed it the one end was off about 3 inches, he was able to use a chain and the semi trailer to reposition it right to my measurements. Mark me down as one happy customer. The container is in great shape and l am happy with it.
