Very sad to write this review as I like Jose and we went to him for this job because someone we trust recommended them in our town. But I have been waiting months for a solution and no contact. His secretary said she would let him know about problems with the quality and work and that he would contact us to come and see us and review. That was many months ago and we are still waiting. We actually were thinking about asking him to do another job for us but we did not go ahead because of the problems with our Mosquiteras. Here is my story. We got mosquito nets (Mosquiteras) on all our windows in April 2023. Three opening sideways (more expensive) and three from the top to the floor. €2.900 in total. That was April 2023. Two years ago. Our neighbours for the same number of mosquito nets but with another local company (and with more expensive ones that open sideways which are much more practical) paid €500 less with another local company and are super happy they are still like new. But we trusted this company so continued. What a mistake. After 6 weeks one of the mosquito nets got a hole. We called and the owner came to fix it. The fix was tape as he said he would have to charge us for a new one after only 4 months! Incredible, but we said ok. Since then we had to put more tape ourselves because the hole got bigger and another one came. Another mosquitera doesn’t close properly. And it was fitted the opposite way to how the door opens. He did come back and took away the one that didn’t close properly for almost 3 months to ‘repair’. I had to call after 8 weeks as I heard nothing and eventually it came back the same. Even worse. After, the lovely secretary called me to ask if I was interested in continuing with another quote on another job, which we decided not to do when we saw the poor quality of the materials and work. I told her how unhappy we are with the quality of the materials and the work ( one of the mosquito nets opens the wrong way and two have holes despite us being super careful) ) compared to our neighbour who paid €500 less for better result. She said she would let him know and he would come round to see us. That was 6 months ago. We are still waiting. So, we have learned a lot from this experience. In part it is our fault for trusting one person and not getting two or three quotations for work.we put all our trust here for cost and quality. But I would never recommend this company for workmanship or quality. Now the second mosquitera has a hole. And we are super careful people, we take care of things. So we will go to another company to replace. Terrible experience.
